About the service
Racster is an app and website that helps users find thrift stores, flea markets and similar local places in Denmark. The service is provided by Bo Toftegaard Nielsen.
Creating an account
To use certain features (favorites, ratings, push notifications across devices) you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs through your account.
User content
When you rate a shop or mark a market/shop as a favorite, you contribute content to the service. You are responsible for ensuring your content is accurate and not offensive, defamatory or otherwise unlawful. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms.
Third-party data
Information about shops and markets in the app is sourced in part from OpenStreetMap. We strive to keep this information accurate and up to date, but cannot guarantee the accuracy of third-party data such as opening hours, addresses, or whether a place still exists.
Account deletion
You can delete your account at any time directly in the app under Profile. Deletion permanently removes your favorites and ratings, and the account cannot be restored.
Limitation of liability
Racster is provided "as is". We strive for high uptime and accurate information, but cannot guarantee the service is error-free or available at all times. We are not liable for losses arising from use of the service, to the extent permitted under Danish law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Racster after an update constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Governing law and venue
These terms are governed by Danish law. Any disputes shall be settled by the Danish courts.
